You have had a Manaaki New Zealand scholarship:

terminated within the last 5 years because of academic performance
terminated on conduct grounds
downgraded within the last 5 years because of academic performance
downgraded within the last 2 years on personal grounds

And/or You have received a Manaaki New Zealand Scholarship and:

Voluntarily withdrawn within the last 2 years on compassionate grounds
Returned home within the last 5 years without completing a qualification.
